Potrebni sastojci

  • 350 gr brasna
  • 60 gr kisele pavlake
  • 180 gr omeksalog putera
  • 1 jaje
  • 1 prašak za pecivo

Nadev

200 gr mlevenih oraha

1 kasika secera u prahu

2 vanilin secera

2 kasike pekmeza

mleko po potrebi zbog gustine

PRIPREMA KIFLICA

Najpre pomesajte puter secer i vanil secer sa pavlakom i jajetom pa dobro izmutite.

Postepeno dodajte brasno i zamesite fino nglatko testo,te ga uvite u prozirnu foliju i ostavite u frizider na sat vremana.U medjuvremenu namestite nadev.

Testo podelite na tri dela i na pobrasnjenoj povrsini sada razvite prvi deo u obruc vel 22 cm i sekacem izrezite 4 dela kako bi ste dobili 7 kiflica.Na svaku stavite nadev od oraha i pazljivo uvite u kiflice te redjajte na pleh oblizen masnim papirom.Pecite na 180 oko 15 min.Pospite prah secerom i uzivajte!!

Necessary ingredients

350 g of flour

60 g of sour cream

180 g of softened butter

1 egg

Stuffing

200 g of ground walnuts

1 spoon of powdered sugar

2 vanilla sugars

2 spoons of jam

1 cup of milk

PREPARATION OF ROLLS

First, mix butter sugar and vanilla sugar with cream and egg and mix well.

Gradually add flour and knead a fine, smooth dough, then wrap it in transparent foil and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime, make the filling.

Divide the dough into three parts and on a floured surface, roll the first part into a 22 cm circle and cut out 4 parts with a cutter to get 7 rolls. Put a walnut filling on each one and carefully roll them into rolls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Bake at 180 for about 15 min.
